Instructions for Creating a Rule to Automatically File Forum Notifications
Outlook Users
 
1. Go to Tools menu.
2. Click on Rules & Alerts.
3. Click on “New Rule”.
4. Highlight “Move Messages with specific words in the subject to a folder” in Step 1: Select a Template
5. Click on “specific words” in Step 2: Edit the rule description and type “New forum post” in field , then click OK
6. Click on “specified” folder, click on “New” and type “GFOA Forum Posts”, then click Next and Next
7. Type name for rule, ie, “File Forum Posts” and click “Finish”.
