
Q1: When will the delegate list be made available?
A1: The delegate list will be sent to all exhibitors and sponsors by way of e-update sent as soon as the online registration closes on May 12th. The list will also be uploaded to the conference app.
Q2: How do I ship my booth materials ahead of the conference?
A2: All exhibitor booth material shipping should be coordinated with Show in Motion. You can access the Exhibitor Service Manual here.
Q3: Are exhibitors and sponsors allowed to attend the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner?
A3: All exhibitor and sponsor delegates receive a complimentary pass for the Welcome Reception & Gala Dinner as part of their registration fee. Please see the Events webpage for more information.
Q4: Will there be an Exhibitor Booth Draw Prize opportunity this year?
A4: Yes. If you will be participating in the prize draw, please advise us when you pick up your name badge. You're welcome to choose your own prize—use your discretion and creativity!
Q5: Is Lead Capture available this year in the conference app?
A5: No. Lead capture is not available this year as we did not receive enough demand to warrant the additional cost. We will survey exhibitors during this year's tradeshow to determine willingness to pay for this service.
Q6: What is the Exhibitor Move In/Move Out Schedule?
A6: The shchedule is as follows:
- Move In: Monday, May 26, 2025; 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- Move Out: Wednesday, May 28, 2025; 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Q7: What are the exhibitor hours?
A7: The Exhibit Hall is used for breakfasts, breaks and lunches so the hall opens at 7:30 am.
The Exhibit Hours are as follows:
- Tuesday, May 27, 2025; 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Wednesday, May 28, 2025; 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Please be aware that the Welcome Reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall and adjacent foyer space on May 26, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Exhibitors DO NOT need to be at their booths. This is a networking event that is included as part of your registration and attendance is optional.
Q8: Do the exhibitor booths come with electrical services?
A8: Yes, Encore is providing electrical to the booths under GFOABC's AV contract. Exhibitors do not have to order their own electrical services it comes included in your regsitration.
