Chris has trained over 15,000 professionals across North America’s top law firms, corporations, non-profits, and government agencies. In 2022, he served as Head of Speaker Coaching at TEDxToronto, Canada’s largest TEDx event, and as Storyteller-in-Residence at Manifest Climate, a Fast Company-recognized global tech firm.
A twice-retired lawyer, Chris knows how to engage even the toughest audiences. Before founding TellPeople, he practiced at one of the world’s top banking law firms and a leading Canadian Indigenous rights firm. He studied at Oxford University, the University of Toronto Law School, and Acadia University and is a graduate of The Second City’s stand-up comedy program in Toronto.
