- If you would like to register prior to January 1, please contact us.
- Registration can be paid by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or cheque.
- Credit cards will be automatically charged on April 7, 2025.
- Cheques and EFTs must be received by April 7, 2025 to qualify for early bird pricing.
- Requests to cancel registration must be received in writing by April 14, 2025.
- Registrations canceled after April 14, 2025, can be transferred to another member from the same organization OR to the 2026 Annual Conference.
- Online registration closes on May 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. PST.
- In-person-only registration will be available on May 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
