2026 Conference Pre-Conference Workshops

The pre-conference program is offered in-person only at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna. These workshops are carefully curated to meet the needs of BC local government finance professionals and are developed and delivered by GFOABC partners and members.

Early bird deadline is March 31. Register as early as possible to secure the best rate and to avoid workshops being cancelled due to perceived lack of demand.

Important Information

Payment: Payment can be made by credit card, electronic funds transfer, or cheque. Payment must be received 7–10 days after registration invoice is received. Credit cards will be charged March 31, 2026.

Cancellation: Requests to cancel will be accepted until noon on Monday, April 6, 2026. No refunds after this date.

Transfers: Workshop attendance is transferable to another person on your team or to another workshop within the same calendar year.

Late registration: Last day for online registration is Friday, May 15, 2026. Contact the office if you are trying to register after this date. After May 22, 2026, all registration will be closed.

Accommodation: Please book as soon as possible as spots fill up fast. Details will be posted closer to the date of the event.
